The Cardiac Laboratory of Methodist Hospital administers a variety of cardiac tests including EKGs (electrocardiograms), Holter monitoring and scanning, stress tests and echo-cardiograms. All of these diagnostic tests are performed by the Hospital's staff which includes certified cardiology technologists. The main purpose of tests performed in the Stress Lab are the following:

The Hospital's Pastoral Care Department is available to attend to your spiritual and personal needs during your stay with us. If you would like to meet with the chaplain, you may call extension 1349. This service is non-denominational in nature, but if you would like us to contact clergy (from your own denomination) to visit you, our chaplain would be happy to make such arrangements.
You and your family members are invited to visit the Chapel, located on the main floor of the Hospital's attached Medical Pavilion, at any time during your stay (subject to your doctor's approval). You are also invited to attend Sunday Worship Services at 9:30 a.m. at the Bethany Retirement Community which is immediately adjacent to the Hospital. If you would like to attend one of these services (also subject to your doctor's approval), please notify your nurse in order to make appropriate arrangements.
